Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging within a specified timeframe (typically 7–14 days). Customized or hygiene-sensitive products may be nonreturnable.

Contact our Support Team with your Order ID and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Medilook error or defective product. Restocking fees may apply for certain items.
